I love going to the Embassy Theater because the Chili Cheese Dog is one of the best served hotdogs in all of San Antonio. The great movies, cheerful staff, splendid service and comfortable assigned seating are all just extra icing on the entertainment cake. Period, nuff sed.

I enjoy the reserved seating and recliners most of all. The food can use some improvement. We go often enough that we notice inconsistencies with food we order each time we go.

Everything. From the ease of buying my ticket to the customer service when I get there. I’ve even missed my movie time and they exchanged my ticket with no problems. I’m very very pleased! Plus it’s close to home.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Santikos Embassy is always clean and comfortable. It’s family friendly while still providing the date night ambiance. I have been going there since 2010 and the renovation only solidified the experience. I never feel shy when ask which theater I prefer. Definitely my favorite.

I always love coming to Santikos for all of my movie experiences. Every time I attend a theater customer service is satisfying. Food and snacks are great and the experience is always good. My husband and I are loyal customers because of overall great experience.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the environment at Embassy Santikos and the staff are friendly, but I hate the way the employees try to search female bags which is an invasion of privacy. If you were really searching for fire arms you would pat down the men as they can be hiding a gun in their pants or check small purses as well because a small handgun does not need a large purse or check through blankets. Your policy is bothersome.

It must be to check for snacks, trust me.....people who sneak in snacks will always do so and people that don't wont. This is the ONLY theater in town that attacks females with average size purses. It needs to stop!
