I love the small ambiance of Santikos Embassy movie theatre. The reclining seat are roomy and comfy. I feel they more luxurious than palladium.

The management is always courteous and the bartenders know what they are making and add a positive and friendly atmosphere before the movie. The theatre is clean and comfortable and the overall movie going experience is worth the price

The whole theater experience exceeded my expectations. Clean lobby, theaters, bathrooms and concessions. The rewards program helps me save. The fountain drink machine is tops.

2) Staff always friendly & polite.
3) Seats are comfortable with plenty of room for guests to move in & out of aisles.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everyone from Guest Services to the bar to the concessions and including the food was great as always. I paid for my ticket at guest services and then when ordering my appetizer I saw a rain check so I asked guest services to accept it and refund me my cash, the gentleman did and very quickly too. Too bad Bijou is not as up to par and they have waitstaff at seatside. ( always asked to take care of bill while movie is at or near the end very upsetting.. last time, 2 weeks ago, is the last time I’ll ever go back there, I give them my credit card and ask BEFORE movie starts to PLEASE NOT MAKE ME PAY during movie and it never fails. I’ve already written to Santikos about it and Manager Mr. Rew took care and gave me a couple rain checks.
