Everything: Your staff is sweet and considerate; the food is delicious (how about those truffle fries?); clean theater; we can order tickets online; I am a member so I periodically get discounts on my ticket; and above all, you donate to charity.

One time, we actually visited Embassy 14's bar and had our own "happy hour" in the lobby. No movie, just "happy hour". Enjoyed beer, Margarita's, red wine, chicken wings and truffle fries. yummmm

I like the recliners and popcorn. May suggest sensitivity training for cashiers who ask about eligibility for senior discount when im still several years away.

The seating is state of the art for theaters. The only negative I have is the price of popcorn and soft drinks. The mark up is egregious. Other than the concessions, Santikos theaters are great.

The service is on par with a 4 or 5 star restaurant. The bartenders specifically are extremely friendly and accommodating. By far my favorite movie theater.

The available special events, like Flashback Cinema, Fathom Events, are a source of knowledge unavailable elsewhere. In the last few weeks, I've enjoyed a French stage version of Cyrano de Bergerac, "Who Will Write Our History," "They Shall Not Grow Old," and Met Opera.
