Great Theater screen layouts and seats. Great concession and food products, especially Pretzels. Great staff. Hurt my leg, in the theater and they really helped me. Great esthetics, really like the movie memorabilia around the lobby and hallways. Overall, a 5 Star Theater.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We just love the set up there. The seats are roomy and so are the walk ways. Even if you have to get up for some reason you can do so with ease and not inconvenience anyone else. The staff is always friendly. The entire theater is kept clean. What is not to like or enjoy?

I like the seats and menu, and the general feel of the theater...decor and props are great!....although changing it up from time to time would be a nice addition. I also miss the Starbucks machine :(

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I tried to use VIP passes and I was told that santikos no longer honors no expiration passes. I always buy my tickets online and never had an opportunity to use these until today and was told no more. This is disappointing as they were purchased at a charity event that I went to. Was there communication that these were no longer accepted?
