I wanted to let you know that the customer service we received last night was AMAZING!!

The manger personally walked the food we ordered to our seats because it was a large order. We walked with me all the way to the top of the theatre and could not be anymore friendly. The manager was awesome

When we were placing our order for food the shift manager (younger dark haired guy ) too extra time to tell us all about the menu and recommended many things that turned out great to eat.

The staff helped us switch seats with a smile on there face and were extremely friendly and helpful.

Well done .. we will tell everyone about our experience and we will definitely we back soon

Comfortable seats, very nice looking theaters and decent food options. However I'm a very active rewards member and my birthday was Feb 13th and I never received a free movie ticket for my birthday month.

We like the seats the most They are very comfortable. The bartenders are friendly and efficient. Food is good but somewhat a bit overpriced.

I've been going to Embassy since it opened. I like the new system with the reserved seats, and recliner seats. Though many theaters have that now, we come back because of the drink refills.

i like that the concession stand can text u when your food is done. The pretzel and that bacon mustard was so delicious!!!

The Palladium covers all necessary bases exceptionally well. The seats are amazingly comfortable and the movie/sound qualities are superb.

Love the upgrades to this theater and that it is still a smaller theater. There isn't as much hassle and long lines as compared to your bigger theaters.
