Customer service is very good, selection at concessions stand is great and I believe the Santikos theater in our area was the first to upgrade to recliner seats etc. Embassy is my favorite theater and my family refers it to as “my theater”...

I like how First name removed Santikos, a truly great philanthropist - had the vision and foresight to set up the family business as a service corporation with all future profits providing on-going support for various important aspects of the community via the San Antonio Area Foundation. I enjoy movies and as a very busy professional and civically engaged citizen - attend as many movies as I can manage and because of Mr Santikos' vision I'm a very loyal, repeat customer (never go to any other theater chain's venues) and always encourage others to take in movies only in Santikos theaters and likewise help support the community he was so dedicated to during his lifetime.
