The theater is always clean and the food is always fresh. Staff is helpful & friendly. I love the rewards program. I use it to buy tickets or snacks for people in line behind me as a pay it forward surprise.

The kiosks need a little more work, sometimes they glitch and they can't read the cards very well. The staff is always so welcoming and courteous. The managers always take care of us if at any time we have a concern. The establishment is so nice and clean all the time. The restrooms are also tip top shape. I'm so impressed. We found our little peace of heaven on Earth when we want to relax and enjoy sometime off what I love the most is the recliner seats. I'll drive the extra mile just so I can get the same experience everytime. Thanks so much for the awesome work and dedication.

Everything! I always go to Northwoods 14. The food is always great, the staff is friendly, and I love the environment as a whole.

The Embassy is my primary movie theater and from day one I have always been made to feel special. From the time we purchase our tickets, to the concessions and as we exit the theater everybody is super nice. And it’s always so clean!

Love the atmosphere of the lobby and the food has always been good and portion sizes. Customer services is welcoming. Also concession workers are efficient in taking food and drink orders
