I was told I had a birthday movie ticket when I went to watch After the Wedding @the Bijou. I was told after I had purchased my tickets and the the host told me I could redeem it any time afterwards. Which I thought was a pretty cool birthday reward I had. Little did I know that it had an experation date.
So I was disappointed 1 that I was never emailed or notified about my free birthday movie pass until one employee let it be known. 2 that it had an experation date that I was never told about. I have been a loyal member for years and I believe that it was a great gift for movie goers but the lack of communication leaves me thinking that you are not wanting customers to use them.
Love that you can pick your seats ahead of time. So convenient! And I love the reckoning seats...

I like the seating except they are getting old and need oil. Or maintenance.
I enjoy santikos theaters. the comfortable recliner seats, the great visual and audio quality and the ability to quickly pick my seats in advance via the app. One glaring hole in the process is the inability to cancel a reservation once purchased (which happened to me friday when my wife got ill on the way to the theater)

I only go to Santikos because of the efforts they make towards helping the community. Reclined seating a definite plus ;)

Front box office very friendly. Nice seats. Side of the seat had some mess on it but I cleaned it.

Most of the concession lines were open on a Saturday night and the wait was minimal. Very friendly staff as always. Clean areas around soda machines. Theaters are always clean and comfortable.
