The ease of ticket purchase on app (not crazy about the service fee though), theaters and restrooms aways clean, friendly staff, convenient location.

Reserved and comfortable seats. Ability to have drinks with friends after the movie onsite.

Noticed though that the carpeting in the hallways had lots of stains/looked dirty

We always love the staff we meet at Santikos Embassy. My husband and I have a 9-month old and we only get a few hours together every now and then. We usually spend that time at the Embassy and are never disappointed.
