The door greeter was very friendly. The theater was very clean and very nice.The popcorn was freshly made and you can tell they make it pretty often to keep it fresh for the customers.

We al ways have good service when I but my ticket on line. When you have to buy the ticket in side not so much the time in line is powerful sometimes.
They don't ask for rewards either I have to remi nd them.

We consider Embassy our neighborhood theater and we are treated like family and neighbors whenever we go. I would work for Santikos because the atmosphere always seems fun which translates into a better customer experience.

It's my preferred theater being both conveniently close by and comfortable. Especially a fan of the reclining seats and the ability to purchase specific seating ahead of time.
The website and the app need to be better synced though. Got completely different information from them the other day (plus the website then kicked back an error when trying to purchase)

Great service, great seats

Love the family atmosphere, how everyone is there to be elated by a certain flick. No one cares if youre short, tall, blue, or prefer blue cheese with your wings instead of ranch. Its the excitment of ordering your concession items, getting to rush over to the drink dispenser and douse your bucket of popcorn with whatever amount of butter I especially loved the friendly attitudes and willingness to make our 2 hour adventure extra fun with all the people. And to top it off, the movie hadnt even started and we were just in a sense of pure bliss knowing we had our seats ready to relax, recline, and rejoice. Thank you once again for all the joy you at santikos bring us as a community. Kind regards

I love that one can refill their own drinks. No standing in line. I like the discounts M-F before 2 pm. I like the extravaganza too. The $5 small popcorn/ drink. I wish seniors had a concession discount as well after 4 pm. Movies are some of the few activities seniors can enjoy & afford.
