The recliner seating. I would like to mention the regular popcorn that order all the time is now in a bucket I definitely like the bag better. It’s easier to carry to your seat with a drink

Santikos has always been an organization that makes viewing movies more convenient and relaxing for the family. Embassy 14 in San Antonio continues to be the place my family loves to go. The staff is always friendly and amazing. The lines to order food are always short as they keep enough registers open to support the customers. The theater is always clean and the food always tastes fresh. Santikos will always remain our family's theater of choice. Great Job Embassy 14 and Santikos.

I was at the Embassy location on 9-1-2019 for my Birthday and the female manager with long dark hair was very helpful and gave us great customer service.

I've always enjoyed going to my local Sanitkos theater. The seats are amazing and the tables help with sharing popcorn with my family.

My husband and I rarely get to see a movie together as we both have elderly parents who require our constant care. I had just returned from being st my 93 year old mothers for 5 days and needed a night out. Movies are my thing and my husband agreed to meet me st Embassy 14. We ordered food and 2 rounds of cocktails. ) which we were thoroughly enjoyed -Travis at the bar is the best mixologist!!!❤️
On the trip back to my seat with our second round of cocktails AND popcorn I was struggling and almost spilling things.... Joseph DiBiasi(the manager -not sure spelling of last name?) saw that I was struggling and offered to help me. I said would you actually walk with me? He said absolutely and helped me carry our drinks all the way to theater 12....he was so nice and helpful! After the awesome movie, The Peanut Butter Falcon, we were watching credits and a young man came and started clearing our plates and stuff he was not rude but obviously in a hurry. As the lights came on and we were still finishing our drinks he watched us from below and said “don’t mind me” but he just started up at us till we decided to take our drinks to the lobby....Joseph with a big smile asked us if we enjoyed our movie and I told him we loved it!! Then told him about James that he made us feel like we needed to rush out..... and he totally apologized and invited us back with 2 rain checks❤️ Joseph is the best manager I’ve had the pleasure of having interactions with!!!’ We love Santikos!!!!

I did enjoy my experience. However the current Ginger Ale in the soda machine taste horrible. Is there any change that you could change to Canada Dry Ginger Ale?
