I adore ALL of the customer service employees, from ticket sellers, to bartenders, to concessions, to management, and all in between! Everyone remembers me and appreciates my business!

I love Embassy theater. I love the chairs, and the comfort. I also love that Embassy is big but not super big and still has the small neighborhood feel.

I love the whole experience. The Santikos app for purchasing and selecting seats is great, and the Embassy theater is my favorite.

I had both two tickets for a movie matinee on Sat Aug 10 which started at 4:15pm. Unfortunately on the way to the movies, I had a flat tire and had to drive directly to Discount Tires. I didn't get to the theater until 4:45pm. I explained the situation to the manager, a very polite lady, and she honored the two tickets for the next showing at 6:00pm and even had better seats. that's what I call service with excellence.
