I absolutely love the Fresh Pond studio. I always feel welcome when I walk through the door. There is a community at this studio that I haven’t been able to find at other studios. The instructors at Fresh Pond always bring their best. I have taken a bunch of different classes and I have enjoyed them all. The studio is clean and I feel comfortable in the space. EXPERIENCE
My body feels great since I started at corepower. I’ve been attending four classes a week for the last four months. I have not had one in injury but my strength and flexibility have been increasing.
SESSIONS
I can comfortably attended every type of class they have from cool/stretchy to hot/athletic. For extreme positions there are always alternatives. If I’m too tired, I stopped for a moment, catch my breath and have drink at my mat. A short break is all it takes to get back on track with the group.
THERE
The Studios are extremely clean. The floors/equipmentlocker rooms are cleaned continuously. The retail is organized and there is always something on sale. They also rent mats, towels and sell water cartons so forgetting won’t stop you. There are three conveniently local studios and over 160 nation wide.
ME
I am a 69 1/2 year-old man working 80 to 100% in tech. I have no affiliation with the gym other than attending and enjoying my sessions.

The HPF (Hot Power Fusion) Class: This is definitely a favorite of mine. It’s the perfect balance of challenging postures and that detoxifying heat, which helps me reset after a long day. My favorite teacher is Shari Last name removed.
The Community & Atmosphere: The instructors at the Santa Clara studio are fantastic. They create an environment that’s both welcoming and motivating, regardless of how intense the workout gets.
I enjoy the slow-down feel of Dora's class; she makes it feel intentional, and in combination with her energy and her music choice, my day is that much better.
