Amazing workout - hits everything I want to work in 60 mins. Great music. I like the range of exercises, and the balance of yoga & strength. And as a result, I can see my body getting stronger and more toned.

First time doing Yoga Sculpt! Gabby was absolutely amazing. Her class focused on every muscle, with cardio, core, arms, and legs. I felt sore the next day in a way I usually don't feel from a yoga flow class. I will definitely be back!

Numerous/frequent class times to choose from, great instructors, warm classes during winter months, clean, uplifting.
I have enjoyed the two practices I did at Edina. The changing rooms are clean, and the instructors have been great. The only thing that stops this being a 10/10 review is that studio 1 is a weird Hexagon which makes it impossible to work on alignment.
