I just love the classes and variety of classes depending on what my body/mind need! Only ask is to have 7 or 730 am classes. Seems like it goes from 6am to 8am in the 3 corepowers near me. Seems like there could be a way to have more time variety.

The variety of classes and times are so helpful.
I absolutely LOVE Lily's 6:30am class on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She is a rockstar and an inspiration. I feel like there could be a better solution to the weights? Other workout studios (like Orange Theory for example) has time factored in to clean and put things away. The stressful state of the weights at every single Corepower studio isn't a good or accurate reflection of the peaceful mindfulness im trying to achieve in a yoga class.

If you’re at Core Power Duboce take Ashle Me’s 5:30 on Tuesdays. Challenging and hard instructor. In addition, she incorporates a unique and tough sequence. I wish she taught an early class!
Restore with First name removed is simple the best
I’m 4 months pregnant, this was the perfect class to get my heart pumping safely in a low heat with alternate moves class. The instructor who was a sub is fantastic. Great flow and great sound track. I can’t believe I was scared of this class, definitely coming back for more.
I felt the instruction was great and very helpful -- also nonjudgemental which was good as a beginner.

The Gold Coast studio is one of my happy places. Everyone who works there is caring and friendly, and they all bring positive energy to the studio. I appreciate the studio improvement of having the instructor wear a mic when the class is full and the music is louder than their voices.

I took Ali P’s sculpt class in the Marina and her energy was great! Probably one of the most motivating instructors with a great voice. Her music choice was a little explicit but high energy. Would easily take her again!

EVERYTHING!! The teachers are spectacular, experienced and creative. They lead by example as they are all in amazing shape. Their classes are always different, varied and their mantras are deep and thoughtful. It is obvious they spend a great deal of time in preparation. They pay attention to form and are also knowledgeable about ways to improve your practice, always framing it in a positive way. They truly care about their students as people as well, remembering details about your life and following up as you check in or out. I adore Jacqueline McBride, Lauren Dembek, Stacey, Georgia, manager Tiffany - seriously, you can't go wrong with this professional crew. AND Core Power can't pay them enough!
