I throughly enjoy Steph’s class on Wednesdays at 3:30. The Yoga sculpt class is a wonderful addition to my exercise routine. The weights help with the toning and any age can take part. I love it!

As a beginner, everyone is very very friendly and didn’t make me feel like I didn’t belong. I love the experience and the teacher was also very attentive in ensuring that I did the moves correctly without making me feel singled out. It’s a great place if you’re a beginner and everyone assured me that after two or three classes, I will no longer feel like a beginner, which was very comforting

Everyone at the Bellevue location is phenomenal! I am always greeted with a smile and a nice welcoming comment. Then a great “great job” when class is over. The type of environment that they have created and continue to encourage there is the reason why I keep going back and I keep bringing family members with me. Everyone I’ve met there has been great, but I especially appreciate Fiona, Kelly Br and Kristin V. They always have positive things to say to me and my daughter. I also love that when I have questions about a position they take their time and show me and talk it through. It’s a great place to go for my one hour of just focusing on me. Thank you!
I love Core Power Yoga. Best studio in KC. Sculpt is my favorite. I wish there was another location in Leawood KS like there used to be.

Stephanie kindly greeted my friends and I:) she was our instructor for our first free week and she was amazing! She answered all our questions and we had a blast at our first class with her. Also Miriam, another instructor.. she was incredible. Had very soothing energy and still had us sweating during her 6am class. I can’t wait to attend again! Thank you San Mateo core power staff members!
The ladies are empowering, just as before, as they are after the end of each yoga session; I love that you guys have a shower available and that I can attend at two different locations.
Grace was kind enough to check me in using her phone To ensure I had my parking pass permitted as I left my phone in the car.

the instructors tailor the classes so that you can do the difficult postures/sculpt excercises or do modifications.
I feel the classes are also exactly what they are explained to be.
Our sculpt instructor at Uptown, Yvonne, is great. Each class is a little different with add-ons and new challenges.
Highly recommend.
I really like that there are different class levels. I'm a total beginner so its nice to have options!
