I took my first hot yoga class last week and loved it!
Andrea’s HPF class was exactly the post-Thanksgiving reset I needed. I walked out feeling centered and refreshed—and I’m convinced I sweated out every bite of turkey, stuffing, and pie from the night before. Her calming, guided voice made the whole experience even better. So thankful I made it to her class!
Teachers are so knowledgeable and really care about each and every student. Always happy to answer questions. Studio for hot yoga is always hot and humidity perfect. Very challenging but fun at the same time. I highly recommend trying it you won't be sorry!

Debbie was great! It was just what I needed after a day of traveling leading to tight muscles and back. I do work out quite a bit and was still sore in a good way! Thanks Debbie! Also, the studio was nice and clean.
First time ever doing yoga and it was a lot harder than I imagined, but in a fun way. Structured very well and the instructor was very helpful and calm when teaching and extremely nice and passionate.
