I really enjoy the community feel in the La Mesa studio. The teachers are very welcoming and personable. The workouts are on point. The variety of classes work for me - depending on how my body feels. Sculpt if I want a full workout, csx if I want to lift, and hpf when I want to just stretch it out and sweat. I can't get enough of it!

great studio, the staff and teachers are very nice and friendly- I don't remember everyones name but Diane, Diane and Priscillia are all fantastic!
My instructor did an excellent job. It was slow and steady and forced me to hold the posed longer and work harder.

The teachers always have so much energy. Their positive attitude and high spirited synergy is so contagious. The hardest part for me is getting to class… the instructors do the rest to get me through class!
