This is my first time going to core power yoga. I took the community class on Sunday, my daughter and I, and we did not know what to expect. But it was the most amazing yoga class I have ever taken in my life. The instructor was on point, the music was great, and everyone was friendly from the moment I walked through the doors such a great experience thank you.
Different levels of difficulty
Never thought I'd like being in a hot 90 degree temperature room doing physical labor but once my body adjusted, I really enjoyed how limber my body got and how calm my mind was.

I workout mainly in Pasadena but also attend classes at La Canada. I have my favorites but I wanted to give a special shout out to Aileen. She is absolutely amazing!!!! Her classes flow smoothly and they are challenging. I tell all my fellow yogis to take her class. Everyone has and the are just blown away!!! How can she get more classes? I’ve been with CP now for over 6-7 yrs and really appreciate the level of expertise you hired with Aileen!!!!

That said, I think the studio could use a couple improvements:
1. The women's locker room continues to be way too small for class capacity. I often see people bump into each other or nearly hit their heads on open lockers. I rarely see the showers used, so think the locker room could be reconfigured to create more space
2. Instructors often struggle to regulate class temperature, especially as the seasons start to change. I suggest that instructors be given wireless temperature and humidity monitors that they can keep at the front of class to better monitor conditions. I've attended a couple classes lately where the classes are way hotter than they're supposed to be. While it's good that instructors ask for a pulse check from the class, students are often reluctant / embarrassed to say it's too hot. It would be better for instructors to have a more objective way to monitor how hot the class is and adjust accordingly.
