First time back since it closed dor renovations. We are very happy with how it came out. Nice clean restrooms,beautiful theaters,and very nice game rooms. Also wanted to note that all the personal crew were very helpful and very nice. Wonderful custimer service. Also want to give a big thanks to the manger in charge he was very helpful with a great attitude. Hopefully this continues for many years to come. GREAT JOB!!!!

Fast service & not so crowded of a place !
Santikos Embassy is my favorite theatre in SA. I don’t like all the gimmicks and noise of the larger multiplexes. Cozy lounge/bar area, neat orderly self serve stations, friendly staff, and comfy theatres. My favorite time of day is the early afternoon matinee or first showing. But a late night date night is always fun, too.

It was a great time the new game room was amazing my kids really enjoyed the Lazertag
The service was great. I was having trouble buying tickets online. I’ve resorted to buying tickets at the Mayan instead. The online $2 ticket increase is ridiculous for 6-10 tickets at a time.
We frequent the Mayan 1-3 times week. The young man at the bar was very friendly. The staff at the concession was as fast as could with the people that flooded in. The only draw back is that they never have hotdogs before our movies start. We have to go back during the movie to pick them up.
We have not gone to any other theater than Embassy in a decade!
Staff is always pleasant, facility is clean, and prices fair. And now of course money for charity!
We’ve always had an excellent movie goin experience. The choices of treats and comfortable seats. We truly love the great things Santikos does within our community as well. We don’t visit any other theaters to view movies… Santikos is our favorite hands down.
