First, the charity aspect created by Mr Santikos. Second very nice theatres, always clean, with comfy recliners and excellent sound. And overall great customer service from all employees.
Tickets can be purchased in advance on-line, or at the theater. As you enter the theater, it is very clean and there is easy access to the concession stand. I enjoy the fact that I can order food for me to pick up or delivered. The food is warm and easy to order.
The theaters are small, which I like, and the seats are reclining and comfortable. The temperature is usually cool, but I always go prepared with a blanket or sweater.
For the customers that enjoy a drink or two, there is a bar as well.

This was our first time back to Silverado since the recent renovations were completed and we were very impressed! We took a couple of our kids to see Kung Fu Panda 4. We really liked how Silverado was renovated and think it was great to renovate one whole side to non-movie entertainment -- bowling, arcade, party rooms, and bar. The kids really enjoyed playing in the larger arcade! One of our favorite things was the popcorn dispensers. Overall, the theater was fresh, clean, and looking great.
One minor feedback suggestion - when we stopped at the popcorn and drink areas it would have been nice to have a small table or area to put down popcorn containers and drink cups to free up our hands for the filling stations. We had 3 popcorn containers and 3 drink cups and it took us a few minutes to get everything done. We think this might help people expedite their dispensing/refilling too and possibly reduce lines and wait times when the theater is busy.
