I love the comfortable recliner sets and wide aisles in the bigger theaters. We’ve also done a bowling and movie night and it was super fun. We had no problem reserving a lane, ordering snacks or making our movie time after bowling. As a bonus we could order our theater food at the end of bowling; it was brought to us and we walked right into the movie.

I enjoy the different food and entertainment options available in one space. I am disappointed in the clean thinness of bathrooms in the lobby though. The lobby bathrooms are always pretty dirty.
Online ticket purchase, assigned seating, luxury seating, lots of accommodations, plenty of other entertainment for all ages.

Love theater, but challenged with on-line ticket purchase...bought tickets on Monday for Maverick, cost $11.25 ea with reservation fee of $3 and no tax, but total was $27.50...should have been $25.50.
Also, as active duty service member there is no option to select the special rate for Monday?
Again, love the Theater, but on-line ticket purchase leaves me less than satisfied.
Cleanliness, Atmosphere
The auditorium had some technical issues (that were no ones fault - tech issues happen) and once I expressed my concerns I got a fairly quick response. Roy with customer service went above and beyond! He asked what my issues were and how to resolve them. He was great and honestly the fastest and most genuine conversation through email I've had with customer service. 10 out of 10! And of course I'll be returning to a Santikos theater soon!
It was good minus the auditorium we were in. Concession stand was fast and friendly, our food orders came out faster than expected. Only down fall was auditorium 1 where our movie was at. I get that it’s the smaller auditorium but better and fixed up seats would be nice. The leather on the seats were literally falling apart and the led room was so uncomfortable 🫤
Small, intimate setting. Great service. Clean venue. Santikos always does right by the SA community. So sad the Bijou closed, but still expecting great things from Santikos.
Nice theatre and seating. Popcorn was not the best though. Kind stale and tough. Not fresh tasting.
It was wonderful! The mezzanine VIP is so relaxing....only way to see a movie!

Back in the 1980’s Mr Santiko spoke to my high school class and he emphasized that a quality experience guarantees return customers. I’m glad his family has continued his dream. Santikos Palladium is a great theater and I always love my experience there. Thank you.

The seats were comfortable. The temperature was perfect. The bathroom was presentable. The concession person was very friendly. The automatic ticket machine was a bit confusing but ultimately was fine. Other guests sat in our seats which meant we sat in someone else's seats and they were not very happy but I didn't feel like it was my job to tell the other guests to move. We go to Santikos whenever we can catch a movie and will continue to frequent your theater.
I love the Embassy location! Always clean always great customer service and I highly recommend going there! There are other locations closer but Santikos and Embassy I’m loyal to
