Santikos is truly my favorite movie theater experience. The facility is always clean, employees are friendly, and the food is great.

Edgar was great at the kiosks and friendly. I ordered a cheesesteak and it was done in less than 10 minutes. Quality was good, came out piping hot along with the fries. Restrooms and drink stations were all clean and well kept.

Staff at ticket counter and food counter always friendly. Cleaning staff always say hi or bye.

The service was fantastic. I wasn't sure where to find my tickets within my email and the ticket taker was helpful. The popcorn is much better than AMC's. My husband like the trays on the seats. He also liked the 10-minute trailer, rather than the 20--minutes of trailers we normally see. He was surprised how quickly the movie started. The theater was clean as well and ample parking.
