Personal, Price , the seating, popcorn and everything!!!
That we had the whole theater to ourselves!
Good customer service, theater was clean, pretzel was good.
Love the movies here, great experience, great setting, great food, and great customer service too.
Size of the screen. Comfortably seated. Decent amenities. Clean restroom
Clean, comfortable seating. Sound quality. Friendly staff. Good food and choices of drinks. Its more than just a place to watch a movie.
The popcorn was fresh and crispy and a bit salty for me but not terrible. Also I love the fact that there is self service butter. Also the theatre is always clean and the staff is friendly. James was kind and patient. I was with an elderly friend and he took time with her many requests and maintained a friendly demeanor. And the seats recline and are roomy and comfortable. And the aisles have plenty of room. One more thing, I had to sit in the very first row of this theater once because we got our tickets late and it was a very popular movie and I usually hate the front row seat but the screen is far enough away from the front row so that it was actually a nice experience.
Always a good experience
The best movie theater experience ever. Love going here, such good food, popcorn, and drinks. Love the recliners, the big screen, the cleanliness of the theater and the arcade is so cool too.
I LOVE the rewards program, I am now a 'Movie Guru" andI LOVE their $5.99 Tuesdays!!!! Their bartenders at Palladium and super cool!! Awesome Happy Hour for drinks & apps!
Love Military Mondays. We think it is great that you make it possible for us to have a day that we can attend for reasonable prices for tickets and food.
Military monday pricing, ease of purchasing tickets and snacks, not crowded, friendly staff, clean facility.
Military Monday pricing. Thank you!
The San Antonio Embassy is my favorite theater
Always nice helpful people
ALWAYS great first run movies. Nice accommodations with cushy leather, power seats. Good concession deals and prices. Super ticket deals for first responder and everyone on Tuesdays. The mystery movies are fun and exciting, too.
Everything
I enjoy this theater, I do 4 movies a week . Lots of shows and the times are great. I feel safe , even late at night. Great people and food and it's a beautiful place.
Theater was very nice. Bathrooms were clean. Very good experience.
We love the military discount and the supper Tuesday. Love the reclining seats
The theater is always well kept and the staff is very friendly. The theaters do run a little hot sometimes, so it would be nice if the AC was a little colder. Other than that I love going to the palladium and always recommend it
Everything
Easy to get tickets, helpful staff, nice theatre and comfortable chairs
Granted I didn't like the area or neighborhood, and signs that warned of the theater not being responsible for vehicle burglaries. Additionally the building on the outside looked run down, but once I was inside it was a very nice clean, comfortable theater. The staff and patrons were very pleasant, the food was very good. The only thing I would add is a tray to the seat like at the Santikos Northwest 14 theater.
