I love Santikos! I love the variety of choices from the snack bar. The theatre sizes are great for spacious seating.
Great seats and good customer service. Only issue is with headsets for hearing impaired. I've gotten them three time and twice they were for vision impaired and were describing the scene. Please mark the headsets for hearing or vision impaired and retrain your cashiers.

The place is always clean - especially the bathrooms! Every time we go there the staff is friendly and helpful. The theater's respect and consideration for Military and First responders is huge and greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Theater was clean, chairs are comfortable and still fully operational. There's plenty of room so you don't feel crowded even in a full theater.

I love going to Santikos! Everyone is so friendly and helpful,and,that means a lot when you’re 81 years old! I especially like military Monday and senior Tuesday! The prices are great and so are the refreshment prices! I always brag about the New Braunfels theater. Keep up the good work, you’re making people happy.🤗🤗
