The service person at the register was very helpful since the kiosk would not recognize my phone number for the loyalty points. She was able to scan our tickets and help with our order.

It’s easy to book on-line but not easy to cancel a ticket or change to a later time without going to the theater ahead of the first booked time. There are legitimate reasons to have to change attendance to a later time or date. When I went to the theater recently to move 2 tickets from 3:45pm to 6:15pm it was easy for the attendant to do so there. But it was an extra trip for me to solve this. This feature should be added to the app for on-line changes.

Ease of walking in with no issues. Website is easy to navigate. Customer service at the concession stand lacked a bit personalization but overall the service was good.
