EASY!
I am disabled and do not walk very well. So this theater is very nice for me because it was easy to walk around and have plenty of places to sit when needed. The restrooms weren't too far away anywhere. The seating in the theater had wide open space to walk and the seats were comfortable and it was very clean. I don't get out much, but when I do, I think this will be the theater I go to more often. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Ladies' bathroom needed serviciing.
I had an issue with the sound being too loud and filled out a review. Not only did I get an email immediately but the manager said they would have their technology people come check in the decibel levels at all their theaters. I am impressed and greatly appreciated their quick response.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I love that I can have dinner and drinks before my movie. The popcorn is the best of all the other theaters.
I had an issue with my seat when we watched Gladiator and Zachary Rhiger messaged me back about our issue. He did great with raincheck tickets to another movie and made us feel like it mattered to what we think or how we felt.
All the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Jarelle was very attentive and ensured we had a wonderful time! Will definitely book again in future!

OVERALL EXCELLENT FROM THE PURCHASE TO THE MOVIE AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN
Everything was well organized from setting up the event. Also we arrived a bit early and our attendant was waiting with everything ready already. We have already recommended using yall for future events. The pizza was amazing and many people complimented it. The party space was great and the added game in the room helped with some of the kids as we waited for the movie. My smallest feedback would be have the theater screen outside the door have the correct movie or the party name. We sent people to the theater and some came back cause it had a different movie posted but it didn’t change how great everything else was!
The expense was great I just think more good choices would be great for the price the tickets are

The staff on both the Santikos corporate end and the local Santikos theater end did an excellent job! Everyone was kind, professional, and focused on making the event the best it could be.
It was roomy enough for my children to sit comfortably in the seat with us.
