I love Northwest 14!!!! It is clean, customer service is exceptional, and it is small and not so overwhelming.
Clean, quiet theater during the movie, and quick lines for concession.
I love this theater and I go somewhat often for movie experiences.
A couple things to note from a customer.
The ultra leather / pleather is starting to wear on the seats heavily, but it doesn't bother me so much personally.
The very last time I went it looked like a cleaning crew was not able to make it in as there was popcorn covering my entire parties seats. It wasn't the biggest deal but would have been nice to not have to clean it off ourselves.

We actually went to the Mayan, never made it to Casa Blanca. Bought tickets in error.
Was surprised Mayan didn’t have a food tray. Other than that all good at the Mayan.
As always, it was an amazing experience. Our office has the best time doing this every Christmas for our family outing. We just love the service at Santikos. All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

The only issue I had was we prepaid for more students than we had, so we thought they should at least offer us the extra popcorn and drinks, but they didn't. Our theater was a little small forcing some of us to sit in the very front, too. Otherwise, it went well.

We had a great time and the seating is very comfortable. The concessions could be a little cheaper
$6.50 for a bottle of water is a little steep.
Great! I had one issue with my seat. I paid for three seats, however, one of my seats was occupied by another guest. The movie had already begun and I didn't want to cause any interruptions to the other people and ruin their experience so I didn't cause a scene. Other than that, I enjoyed the movie!
Besides the movies? I liked the employees, A/C, and cleanliness. Sharp ticket seller. Cool, comfortable seating with a great recline. All areas appeared clean and attended to. I appreciated the conscientiousness of the entire team.
