I love I can buy the tickets for the seats that I want. I like the fact that we can earn rewards for buying tickets. I love how comfortable the seats are. I am just not crazy about how they do the nachos now. I liked the old way here they pour the cheese over the chips when you ask for extra cheese and peppers. I like it when some of my nachos get a little soft from the cheese. With the way you get them now, you cannot even get your nacho chip to really fit into those little cups.

I had a small issue we watched a film and the chair got stuck in recline and then the seats rubbed off on our clothes. I reached out in a survey and someone actually apologized to me and sent us free tickets. I thought that was very kind! He also told me the seats were going to be replaced, they were rubbing off bc of cleaners used in Covid.
It was my first time at this location but things were great. A nice charming smaller theater but the seats are plush and nice and the staff was friendly.

Love the Military Mondays! As an army veteran myself, it's great that Santikos promotes this especially in a military city like San Antonio! I love taking advantage of the $5 tickets, large soda, and popcorn. It makes taking my teenage son to catch the latest flick not as arm bending and very enjoyable!
