My overall like with attending Embassy Theaters is the fact that your company still showing independent films there. I wish I can take advantage of your independent films more but distance hinders that. I used to go to the original Bijou Theater often.

Best place in Texas
Santikos Palladium has comfortable seats that go back. You can order food and have it delivered to you at your seat in the theater, though we have picked up the food we have ordered. We love seeing movies at the Palladium!
We like the reclining seats it’s very relaxing
Staff, food, shows and recliner chairs are all marvelous! Oh, plus military, veterans, law enforcement and first responders get tickets, popcorn and fountain drinks for $5 on Mondays - I love it! Thank you Santikos.

Good experience. Theater was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We had a problem with the screen going blank and the issue was corrected promptly.
We liked the seating.
The volume was too loud for us.
The beginning commercials went on for about 40 minutes and with no real escape we were bored and irritated before the movie started. Especially with the Walmart commercial "show" of kids dancing and making school all about how you look which we kind of thought had gone as not everyone can dance/dress, or dress fancy, their way through school. Weirdest thing to present to a captive audience for such a long amount of time. Then there were more ads. If the movie isn't really going to start at the stated time, give us a chance to avoid seeing all those ridiculous commercials.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Best experience at a Santikos location where I was hesitant based on Google reviews. The theater itself was clean and extremely comfortable! This will be our new favorite location to visit.

Military Monday
I enjoy the reclining seats. They are pretty comfortable.
I miss the movie specials on Tuesdays. Movies are expensive and now there is no discount unless military or first respo der. I dislike that if you buy your tickets online, you still have to wait at the Box office for a paper ticket. Why do they make you pay more as it's not a convenience. Lafayette is limited now to only Santikos for movie theaters. I wish we had some competition so maybe Santikos would improve. The nachos suck, prices high. I love the movies so still go but so few seem to attend and I see why.
The Reclining Seats
We like everything about our movie experience from the movie screen/theatre, concessions, and the people who work there. The manager is very approachable.
The commercials were VERY loud.
We appreciate that you honor the veterans. We enjoyed going to good movies. Being senior citizens retired on a fixed income. It’s just a blessing that you honor the veterans. Thank you so kindly that were able to enjoy some of the simple pleasures of life.
As you entered, the associate was very friendly in purchasing the tickets. She smiled and took her order. The associate at the register for confessions was very helpful. Try to have a conversation and make it a fun experience. As we used the women’s restroom, they were clean with the necessary supplies, the movie theater carpet was rather going, and you saw all the stains of all the drinks and items that had spilt over some of the trays for the movie theater needed it to be adjusted as a lot of them were just flopping
We always enjoy spending family time and date night/day time at the movies
I love the Mondays Veterans discounts. We go on Mondays and enjoy a good movie, popcorn & a drink for only $5.00 each. You can’t beat that.

I love the Santino’s 14 here in San Antonio ever since they remodeled it it’s always been my go to for me and my family !!!
