Great Service
I always enjoy going to Northwest since they've remodeled it. My only gripe is the doors I wish there was a push button for wheelchair accessible entry and exit. Other than that everything is great.

It's so nice to go to the movies again!! We really love the Cibolo location. The popcorn is perfect and the theatre and restrooms very clean.
Greg Sanchez went above and beyond to accommodate a question I had regarding a movie. The movie wasn't even playing at your theaters (even though I thought it was). He took the time to look up where the movie was actually playing and email me back with the link to the information I actually needed. This employee needs the recognition for addressing Santikos customers personally and in an utmost friendly manner even though the situation didn't necessarily deal with your particular theaters! Greg informed me the movie wasn't actually playing there with a quick and friendly email. I truly appreciate this type of customer service! We don't see this happening in today's culture of automation. Please forward this compliment to the highest executives so that Greg gets the recognition deserved for a job well done! 👏

This was my first movie at a Santikos theater since the beginning of the pandemic. The process of buying tickets is more automated now which is fine. It was a pleasant experience and it was good to see others returning to the theaters to see movies. Look forward to seeing more movies in the future!

Very clean place, from the lobby, bathrooms to the theater itself. We are a group of 6 older women who like to get all of our snacks, site down and enjoy a movie. Not only do we like the new arrivals but the throwback ones as well. We have the money and Embasse is where we spend it.
I love the ease in which you can get your tickets and get into the theater. Never no long lines. Very easy to get your food and refills and I love the chairs!

I love the theaters how they are set up very comfortable..I also love how you can pre order your seats ahead of time and how there is space between seats.
