Everything. Great staff. Everything is efficient and seamless. Love that Santikos gives all profits back to the community and supports our local non-profits, and can still invest in keeping it theaters high quality.
We love this place, it is clean and friendly staff always. I am concerned about my REWARDS POINTS. I have not received them the last 2 times we attended movies when purchasing using the online site. I have emailed twice to receive them with no response (for one movie visit). The 14 days just passed and still nothing. The last movie we attended was on 5/30 and no points were added here either. I did just send another email for that movie just now. My other issue is every time we use our points and someone ask the phone number associated with the rewards they always ask,"Brenda or Felicia" it should only be Felicia! Is someone else getting my points? They will not allow me to remove the other name and when I log onto the system I only see my name.
Please help! Any assistance would be helpful.

I like that Santikos gives back to the community. Everyone is friendly and theaters are clean. They should put recliners in ALL theaters, though.
