Movie options. Cleanliness of theater
The seating was convenient when I ordered tickets.
After my initial rating of 5/10 due to our movie experience, Zachary Rhiger reached out to me and shared some of the creative discounted opportunities for movie goers. I've been going to Santikos for years with my kids and now Grandkids and never realized there were discounted days. I truly appreciate his quick response and sharing discounted information with me. Thanks to his quick response and sharing information with me, I look forward to our next movie experience.
Clean theater, hot popcorn, friendly staff

Everything seems nice and relatively clean.
What I would improve upon
Have real nachos with melted cheese with the option of chili and jalapenos. Get with the times. These cheese cups are terrible and not even enough for the chips it comes with.
Improve the arcade room. Its dated and boring.
Repair the seats
I like the Santikos in WsNc because they have imax and the staff is friendly. Sometimes they have free posters and I like that. Pretty chill spot. Been on a couple first dates here. Nothing worse than running into your ex haha. Overall good theatre. Prefer it over the AMC on Hanes mall. That place is alright too no hate.

The seating is nice. I enjoy the Flashback Cinema events. Seeing a movie on the big screen is so enjoyable.
The place was very clean. The service was excellent. I was welcomed with a smile the popcorn and nachos very fresh and delicious. I brought a friend it was her first time to this Santikos location and she really enjoyed the experience. I’m a rewards member (for a long time) and I’m use to visiting Santikos The Galaxy location but the past two times really have not had great experiences (extremely bad) . Decided to try this location and might be my new go to location. Thanks for allowing us a great movie going experience and redeeming the Santikos brand. Keep up the great work Santikos Embassy!!!
Kids love it there especially the reclining seats.
We've been going to this theater for many years. Usually a few times a year. Always very clean and for us one of the less crowded. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Love the theater and popcorn. However, if i am in the old theaters without reclining seats, I should be paying less for tickets. Even my granddaughter was disappointed in no telling seats

My favorite theatre. I'm retired and go often. Eric is my buddy at concessions. They are always nice. Popcorn is fantastic.
The 300 Room was excellent! Great atmosphere, great staff and delicious food. Overall it was an awesome worry free experience for party planning. Will definitely be reserving the 300 Room for our next event.
I always have a great experience at the Grand! Everyone is so nice and informative. The stadiums are always clean as well as the restrooms!

If there is a problem while at the Mayan let someone who works there know and they will do all they can to make things right. Love supporting this Southside theater and will be going back now.
