Theater was clean, reclining seats are great. Wasn't crowded. But the prices for the snacks, drinks and popcorn is outrageously TOO HIGH!
Great movie!
The theater reclining seat is a Big Plus . I wasn’t very happy with the self serve popcorn & drinks . It seemed so chaotic. Very unorganized people running around everywhere. I believe it should’ve been left along like it was imo.

I like the recliners (if the Regal in Greenville doesn’t have the seat that I want), I will drive almost an hour to this location bc of the recliners. Though I would prefer they have the swivel tables like other theaters, so my popcorn doesn’t have to be in my lap. I like that I can get the icees or drinks the way I want them, and put as little or as much butter as I want.
Varied movie and time selections make it convenient for movie goers chose Santino’s at Four Seasons.

I love this theater. The only complaint I have is why is it that every Christian movie is all the way at the back unless I go with the wrong times.
Nice seats and theater. Employees were nice. We were unaware of the concession stand being card only. The Employee paid for my niece's drink cause we only had cash.
I absolutely love coming to Santikos! My husband and I are here at least three times a week, and it honestly feels like a second home at this point. The staff is amazing — they already know us when we walk in. Everyone is always so knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and genuinely kind.
The food is always on point and we’ve never had any complaints. It’s just an all-around great experience every time we come. If you’re looking for a theater with great service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. We always look forward to our movie nights here!

My recent theater experience was satisfactory, though the bar service was notably subpar. The bartender appeared disengaged, and the featured drink of the week was unpalatable. I am uncertain whether the issue stemmed from the beverage itself or the service provided, but I cannot recommend the bar.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a response from the feedback I gave about our last visit to the Palladium but the manager from the there responded. His email addressed our concerns and said they would fix the problem. Thank you, it feels really good to have our concerns answered. And some free popcorn and drinks for our next visit also!!

That they were helpful in switching seats for me after I accidentally ordered the wrong seats , but their was a person seating across from in front of me kept using his phone on bright light while the movies was playing it was so annoying , missed some of the movie since he kept using his phone through out the showing
