We didn’t have our tickets that were sent via email due to cell phone not at hand. Concession printed out our tickets which made my situation a whole lot easier.

Loved the reclining chairs plus the chairs were extremely comfortable. I had stopped attending movies at the theater but the comfortable chairs make me want to return to movies at the theater.

Liked the new upgrades- popcorn station, drink station. I liked that you purchased your own tickets from the kiosk (very similar to the app) but it was a little confusing for our first time doing it bc there was no signage directing us, or telling us, to buy tickets at the kiosk.
I have been going to this theater for over a decade. While it is showing its age a bit, it has very comfortable seating and has a decent price point for movie and concession costs. The staff are always polite and helpful. Even though I drive a bit farther, I prefer it over the new theater on the Panama City side.

Military Mondays are great for us but did not like the new popcorn package. Do not like that New movie releases are not available to military.

My ex-wife & I watched "The Bride" on Friday Mar. 6 at the 12:30 PM showing. We both enjoyed it! It was unique in its version of "Bride of Frankenstein" set in the 1930's US. Jessie Buckley was interesting as The Bride/Mary Shelley, & Christian Bale was caring as the Monster AKA "Frank". This could have been the story if Lancaster's Bride hadn't rejected Karloff's "Frank". It also had a feminist spin on the tale. We hope it's nominated for a Best Picture Oscar next year!
Everything from the venue to food. The sound and the picture. Not to mention the drinks and the recliners! We love it there. We do miss the kind faces. It's becoming fewer and fewer. Technology is starting to take over everything

The movie theater is always clean and there is always great service. I do like the sidebar or cabana that is there also. It's just a perfect place. Keep up the great work.
Good but bundles could be better priced.
I'd really like to be able to have a bigger cup for ice water. The cone ones don't even allow for setting it down or any refills. If I'm drinking alcohol, which I usually get at least 2 drinks per visit, I need a substantial cup for water.
