What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It is easy to go in and purchase my tickets. Easy to redeem my points for food and snacks. We come to santikos galaxy all the time. It is a very family, friendly place to come and enjoy yourself, get good cocktails, food and enjoy the movies.

THE SERVICE WE RECEIVE IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING, BOTH FRONT END, CANDY BAR AND CLEANING CREW.
I DO RECOMMEND AN OVERHAUL OF THE SEATING. MANY CHAIRS IN SEVERAL CINEMAS ARE TORN AND BELOW STANDARD.
I WOULD ALSO ENCOURAGE MORE POPCORN FLAVORS.

Love the reward points.
All theaters should have reclining seats and tables… those are the ones I book and it’s so convenient and provides a comfortable environment.

In the morning it’s great so clean and not a lot of commotion and towards the night it gets alil more busier , I understand but the employees try their best to keep up with everything.. so far me and my family love the experience and environment.

I loved how clean everything was. Even the game area was very clean. My nephew has autism and doesn’t like for things to be extremely loud or dirty. I love the updates they did here at Silverado. My nephew especially loves the recliner chairs that’s a big thing for him when we go to the theater he has to have his seat recline.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Buying the tickets were very easy, even if I did buy one more ticket than needed. The theatre was clean and inviting. The seats were extremely comfortable. The associates that worked there were all friendly and the snacks were delicious too. When I reached out to customer service to explain my issues with the extra ticket, they were quick to respond and solved my issue within the day. Great theatre, great company, will definitely be returning.

Easy to access. Luxury reserved seating. Movie I wanted to see was available. Mostly friendly staff. Theater auditorium was very clean.

The theatre is very clean, very large, multiple screens & the reclining seats were very comfortable. It makes taking my grandson to see movies that much more enjoyable!

Love the recliner seats and the space now in the rows. No more people stepping on your feet or knocking over your snacks. The remodel a few years ago was great for customer satisfaction. Snacks are priced high.
