I had a great experience with the customer service at Santikos Palladium. David Meissler went above and beyond to help resolve an issue I had and made the entire process very easy. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain how to claim my raincheck vouchers and any restrictions that apply.
It’s not every day you receive service this helpful and attentive, and I really appreciate the effort he put into making sure everything was taken care of. Because of David’s support, my experience with Santikos was very positive.

I LOVE going to the movies so I lived everything about the experience. . I hate that theatres have suffered because of all the streaming options at home. I wish more people would come back to attending movies in theaters.
Cost is still costly and all the food snacks and drinks are priced to much.
