Everything! The atmosphere is awesome! The employees are friendly & always helpful! The menu selection is good. The seating in the theatre is super comfortable. We have gone to many movies there & never been disappointed. Also the whole place is very clean.

We like how comfy the seats are and the tables for your food are very convenient. The popcorn is always excellent and we really like the burgers. In fact, we think that the burgers are the best in San Antonio!

staff is always alert and helpful. I would like to have Santikos start taking cash instead of having to always use a credit card. Make it an either/or.

Theater was clean and employees we encountered were friendly. Movie was shown on time and nothing out of the ordinary happened. Safety wise— I hope that Santikos Palladium continues to ensure the safety of their patrons by hiring police to watch out for suspicious behavior and continue to check bags on the way in.

I'm guessing it's because the theatre size was small, but it was finally cool for once. A bit smelly, but yall don't control the patrons. Audience was good, and food was ok, pricey but I understand why.

I love this theater! Prices are reasonable, plenty of parking, comfortable seats, several screens so good selection of movies, not overcrowded and nicely updated. It's in a good location and there are several restaurants and businesses within walking distance as well.

It was a movie seen with church friends. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed The Last Supper together.
