I recently took my kids to watch Dog Man and there was a lady sitting next to us who spilled her drinks all over 2 of my reserved seats. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to be moved to different seats as the movie was going to start shortly.

Overall everything was great! The theatre was clean and the popcorn and drinks were fresh. Getting in the theater was quick and easy.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I accidentally dropped my ketchup on the floor and wall. I went to tell them at the front. I was feeling bad cause of what happened but they were friendly and Thanked me for telling them about it! Someone came and cleaned the mess.

I live 10 minutes from a movie theater in Simpsonville but I drive an hour to see movies at Santikos in Anderson. The theater is always clean, the seating is comfortable, and the sound quality is better.

It's clean and I love the seats now. The bathrooms are plentiful so I never have to wait in line. It's just a really pretty building with the upgrade.

Luxury recliners. Not happy though with the change in the rewards program since Santikos took over. We were able to earn a free movie ticket much quicker with the former rewards program. Please change the rewards program to make it easier to earn movie tickets!
We got there early and everything was set up in our theatre and ready to go, staff was helpful and attentive, items were delivered on the specified time, portions were larger than expected it really was a great deal and experience! Would recommend a movie party to anyone I know

They were very helpful with our ticket mix up. They gor us the right ticket intime for the movie and refunded our old times. In a couple minutes.
