Clean, comfortable auditorium.
The App makes purchasing tickets easy. However, reserving seats is more difficult on the app bc it doesn't let you reserve seats in the middle of a row, etc. I ended up choosing two seats up top and all the end of a row. When we got there, one seat looked as if it had something spilled all over it. We were going to sit elsewhere bc the theatre wasn't full, but the reserved seating made that hard. I ended up getting a theatre worker to wipe the seat. She was helpful. Turns out the seat was peeling and was not dirty. Those seats need to be replaced that are peeling.
Great selection of movies that are very reasonably priced in theaters that are very clean and nicely maintained. The staff is very engaging, courteous and helpful. All in all, a very enjoyable experience!

I liked that every time I make a concession purchase the cashiers always ask for a tip. I love it so much that I feel obligated not to purchase another concession in the near future!

I love the experience. I just don't like that it's card only.
The auditorium, the concessions stand, the kiosk lobby area, and the latrines all were clean. My only complaint is about the latrines: I do not like the short bursts of water from the sinks, and the lack of paper towels.
Santikos theater is clean, with the appropriate temperature and working chairs. It is nice to watch a movie in a reclining chair that also has plenty of room for people to walk in front of you if needed.

Have been a long time patron of Galaxy, since the 1980's, been to seasonal and special events like food drives, which were so enjoyable, and fun, always found the staff, the theater and facilities to be of upmost well managed and professional. The staff kind, affable, helpful and patient, I so pray Galaxy will continue to be a part of the community and commerce of the city, to me it is an integral part of the community, and a historical part and landmark as far as I'm concerned, but I'm probably not the only one who feels that way. I'm sure many a family, father son, mother, parents with their kids in general have taken their kids to their first movie, scifi, horror, or thriller to see. I saw all three original Star Wars trilogy movies at Galaxy, remember standing in line for hours, in a crowd wrapped around the building waiting to see those movies, and when the third one came out, it was ridiculously as if every man woman and child on the planet was there, saw Heavy Metal at Galaxy, 3 times!!, went alone, then dragged my best friend, and then my boyfriend at the time to see it, we had a blast! each time and every time, I've had the most fun there. saw Purple Rain there, was like actually being at a concert, theater full, incredible memories, and so much more to come for everyone in the community, including myself, Thank you Galaxy, don't you dare go anywhere!!! you are needed, social hub, family place, entertainment space for the soul and mind, thank you!!! Continued long fruitful business,....
