We enjoyed the new seating that was installed where we can recline and enjoy the movie. We also noticed there was way more walk room in between the rows of seats which was extremely beneficial for someone who’s 7 months pregnant. All in all our movie experience was amazing and we will definitely return.
Comfortable
I genuinely love coming to this theater especially after the upgrades. I remember when it first opened decades ago and it is way way way better now. The customer service is always outstanding. Food is good and I appreciate the unlimited popcorn. The theaters are so comfortable with the cool air and cushy seats. This is the only theater I go to. 😀

Love taking my family to this theater. It's always so well kept and clean. Friendly staff. Only thing that is a little weird is that this is the only santikos that I've been too that they check purses still. My daughter was asked to have her small bag checked and all she had was a blanket. Just a little off putting.
Consistency always on point from service to food. Best boneless wings in the city.

In concessions - too few working. Ridiculous long lines resulted in not attempting to buy anything .
I like that popcorn and soft drinks get free refills regardless of size.

Always a great place to go out with family and watch movies. It’s conveniently located to our residence. Ambience is always chill not to chaotic, food concession choices are good.
The only negative thing I would say is that it’s been about 3 times that I’ve gone on different seats and they are not comfortable at all, bent, crooked, which makes the experience not so great. Since it’s assigned seating and your with family, changing seats does not work out. Please address this

Comfortable seats, self serve popcorn
This location has been a weekly go to for me and my family. The majority of our experiences have been positive. The reclining seats are very comfortable. The popcorn is always hot and fresh. I have seen management working with the employees in concession, cleaning theaters etc. The teamwork is notable which makes for a good experience for the guest.

I have been a Santikos patron for over 40 years! At this point The Galaxy is my all time favorite. Right now the chairs are fantastic! I am a big lover of popcorn so the "all you can eat" is a great deal!
Your employees are super nice and very friendly. I also love the fact that Santikos gives back to the community!
