Great theater facility in all aspects. Roomy comfortable seats with lots of legroom on each level. Very clean facility. Fresh tasty snacks

Everything! The ease of buying our tickets online and picking our seats. Especially for a handicapped person in a wheelchair!

And once we walked in the door everything was perfect. The guy who checked us in, the lady at the concession stand. The theater was clean and very comfortable.

I always recommend the grand to my friends. Is the best theater in bay county!

Close to home, clean and comfortable.

On the other hand, paying a convenience fee for online ticket purchases is BS. You don’t have to pay staff to collect my money and hand me a ticket. You save a ton on payroll! Very convenient, for SANTIKOS.
