I love how accessible it is to use the bathrooms. Casa Blanca is by far the WORST set up of all theatres. I hate going to Casa Blanca cos of how far you have to walk to use the restroom, especially if the theater is all the way down the opposite side. It has nothing to do with laziness, it’s about missing the movie cos I’m having to walk 10 miles to use the restroom. Santikos is always a 10/10 in my book. Love that theater. Plus the refillable popcorn is amazing.
As is always the case, our visits to your theatre complex are enjoyable. The staff members are courteous and go out of their way to ensure that patrons know their theatre number. The Grand 18 is our "go to" place for movies. Ken Johnson

I had such a great experience at this theater! The place was spotless from the moment I walked in—lobby, restrooms, and especially the theaters themselves. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the process quick and easy, whether it was getting tickets or grabbing snacks. The seats were incredibly comfortable with plenty of legroom, and the reclining chairs made it easy to relax and enjoy the movie. The picture quality was crystal clear and the sound system really pulled me into the film without being overwhelming.
The concession stand had a great variety of options, and everything I ordered was fresh and hot. What stood out most was how organized and well-run everything felt—no long lines, no issues, just an all-around smooth and enjoyable night out.
I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next movie night!

It was easy to use
Santikos has become the spot my nephews and I enjoy our weekly movie visits, because it's a very clean establishment with eager and friendly staff. Not as pricey as surrounding Theaters yet still expensive. The reclining seats are an added touch, although we aren't picky when it comes to age or the creaking noises of the seats make especially nice since we mostly watch horror movies!!
Clean, quiet
Overall very good, the only problem was that the soap dispensers in the men's bathroom did not work, so I was unable to wash my hands after using the restroom. There was an employee in the men's restroom before the movie started that saw the soap dispensers were not working, but by the end of the movie, nothing had been done to remedy the problem.
The staff was very attentive and friendly.
Coming to your theater is always a good experience. I love being able to pick my seat online. The kids at the snack bar are always polite and friendly. The auditorium is clean and I love the reclining seats and that there is so much room between aisles.
Always have a nice time when visiting Santikos Westlakes. Self serve popcorn and drinks are a welcome treat and the seats are extremely comfortable.

I always love the cleanliness and locality of the theaters. Additionally i also love the rewards program since I frequent the movies a lot and it’s a nice treat.
It's an absolutely fantastic theater. My favorite one to go to. Great food selection and great movie selection, I love all of the reclining seats but my only complaint is that the IMAX does not have the reclining seats, but I can live with that.
