I had an issue with the theater my son and I went to, it didn’t have the recline chairs, so I mentioned that and I was emailed about it and it was taken care of and now we have some free passes coming through the mail. We are super appreciative. Thank You guys!

Halfway through our movie there was a power outage because of a storm that caused our projector to stop working. They were able to fix the issue and set the movie back to where we left off in a matter of minutes! I was very impressed with how they handled the issue.
