My family and I love our local (Galaxy) Santikos location. The team at the snack counter are always friendly and willing to help when you have a problem. The restrooms and common areas are clean or someone is cleaning them to ensure guest have a good experience. The best part is the free refills on popcorn and drinks. Thanks for creating a great environment to enjoy a night out with friends or family.

Theatre was very clean. It had comfortable seats. Sound and visuals all functioning properly. Snack area clean and timely.
I love the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. One of my favorite things is how calm it is there. Most theater's are loud and rowdy but even thought they have added a bowling area here it’s still not too crazy. It’s a nice relaxing atmosphere. This is definitely our families favorite theater.
Ms. Shannon was very helpful while planning the details of the event.
Ms. Renata was also very attentive the day of the party at Casablanca.

The seating is accommodating for every size and shape! Your staff at the Conroe Texas location are all quite friendly and helpful. The way each theatre is arranged there isn't a problem viewing the screen. I love The Grand in Conroe!!!!

I like the theater, but paid $70+ for me and my son to watch a movie, large popcorn, two drinks, and two candy. Ridiculously overpriced.
The popcorn was really good. I like 5 dollar tuesday's. Theatres are always clean and the staff is always helpful…i’ve never had a bad experience here

I love everything about Santino’s…the staff is always nice and helpful. Self serve popcorn is great not having to wait in long lines just to get a refill. The recline seats are amazing. I won’t go to any other theatre brand.
The Embassy is my favorite theater, so glad it is in the neighborhood. Well organized, good service, food and drinks---cannot think of any ways to improve---first rate theater thanks to the staff!

The people! Santikos has more friendly employees that speak to you than most companies, but especially the employees at Cibolo Santikos. We could very easily go across the street to EVO but we don't. And it's not limited to the greeting we get when we get there, grab our snacks, and head to the theater to see the movie. When the movie is over there are employees standing at the exit/entrance of the theater waiting to get in to clean up for the next movie goers. As we walk past them to leave, they thank us for coming. Way to go Cibolo Santikos!
