I recently sent some feedback about a movie experience not wanting anything but in the spirit of making things better. I was pleasantly surprised to not only get a response but to hear that action was being taken to remediate the concerns. Working with Adam has been very constructive and appreciate his prompt response.
Friendly staff, clean theaters
This theatre chain has very friendly associates and they are always very helpful. Also santikos does alot for the community and i think that is very important. This is and always will be my only theatre of choice
My best friend and I frequently visit the Santikos Embassy 14 seeing up to 5 movies per visit and making a marathon each time we go. We love the service and the new updated menu.
Our first time at this location! We loved it. Next time we will plan to make it a family outing…we only allowed time for the movie. I have loved Santikos for decades. I went, years later, took my kids and now my grandchildren. Always friendly people, clean facility and a safe environment. Great bonus was seeing your statement about giving back to the community. Santikos staff, specifically management, to be very accommodating. When I had ' issues' in this past, I spoke with management and they worked with me and my wife on small improvements that could be made. They are always nice, great, and make the experience the best. Seats are great and the movie experience is everything I could ask for. Me and my wife go to the movies every week and our first choice is always cibolo santikos
I like everything. Snacks, drinks, doesnt take long to build up rewards, clean, nice building, premium feel, i got to westlakes on tuesdays when im low on money but still want to watch a movie. Then i can go to casa blanca and palladium for a premium experience when i can afford it. Very flexible pricewise and offers options for people of different incomes. I like that i can play bowling, play arcade, eat and have drink and watch a movie at a theatre. The rows of seats have plenty of room to walk by. I like that chocolate covered almonds are sold there. Best theatre in Texas. Movie critic Grace Randolph criticizes theatres for not staying clean and not offering premium experience. She needs to experience Santikos.

Santikos has amazing theaters. They offer bowling, arcades and food. It’s a one stop shop and I love it there.
Everything was great at santikos!! The only thing that could use a tweak is the food menu.
Theater was clean, and organized well. I’ve gone to a few Santikos locations and this one is my favorite due to the layout.
