I’ve been to your Palladium movie theater and had a great time. The Casa Blanca is down the street from our house so might coming here more often.
So I had a question do you offer Military discounts and if so how do I apply it on the online tickets?
The Regal theater that was our spot would allow us to buy the “Senior” tickets then show our Military ID’s if stopped. Now would this be the same procedure or do you have another way of giving Military discount ts?

First of all I like the location. It's just down the road from my house. The food quality is very good and I enjoy going to a theater that is kept clean. I also appreciate the senior and military discounts. Keep up the good work.
Great movie theater, staff is great!!
The service was great - the food wasn’t particularly favorably. It didn’t seem fresh and to be honest wasn’t worth spending an additional money on 4 meals and drinks and other snacks. I’ll be sticking to popcorn in the future.
The theater is beautiful, I've loved it ever since it opened. Avx and imax is excellent. The VIP Mezzanine seats are where my complaint comes in. The way the upper back of the seat angles forward a bit was very uncomfortable. Reclining didn't make it any better. Essentially it was a strain on my neck the way my head was being pushed forward. I may as well save some money and sacrifice intimacy and get regular seats the next time I have movie night with my partner. Hopefully there's a possibility that the seats will be replaced or adjusted at some point.

I accidentally purchased for Saturday tickets, but I needed them for Sunday tickets. I was trying to figure out how to get a refund or change the date. I called your customer service, but they are not open on Saturday. I need help. Thank you.

I love the reclining seats, very comfortable and spacious. I love your rewards program. The self serve popcorn is pretty cool. My 8 yr old daughter refuses to go to another theater.
