I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the seats and theater that we sat in. I also liked that the employees were friendly and the movie picture and sound were very good.

Everything was great. Only issue I had ead the chair I was lounging in seemed like it was falling apart. I didn't realize the condition until let the feet up when the movie started. Meant to tell an associate but it slipped my mind. I enjoyed my movie, staff was very friendly, and the facility was clean.

My kids and I have always had positive experiences at Santikos Casa Blanca. In comparison to other theaters, the restrooms and theaters are always clean. No sticky floors. Lots of options for food and treats. I would like there to be no convenience fee for ordering tickets online though. Snacks are pricey enough already. People are going to spend on it either way. Another positive is their rewards. I usually always get a meal free from what I spend on tickets, so that's a plus.

We love visiting Santikos theaters not only for the quality of the cinematic experience and the comfort of the seats - but because of the community engagement. Every time we see what Santikos has given back to San Antonio through the foundation we feel like we are participating in a virtuous cycle. Entertainment, jobs, modeling care, and respectful citizenship - that's what I think of when I enter a Santikos theater. Thank you!

I was able to order online and the seating was comfortable and the movie was great. My sister and i took some of our grandchildren to see Minecraft movie and we had a great time
Food lines are always fast, bathrooms are always clean, never have any issues.
The entire process was so easy. From booking to payment to set up and clean up on the day of party. The kids loved having the theater to themselves and us adults enjoyed having them safely contained in the theater. :)
Sarah, our host (New Braunfels location) had everything set up for us upon arrival and was helpful and attentive throughout the entire party. She did a great job and made our experience a very good one!
The facilities were clean and all areas were engaging. We had 3 different families inquire about our booking and I foresee them scheduling parties through Santikos!
