It was very easy to request a party. A representative called me back the next day and we set everything up. They were very professional and answered all my questions. The day of the party, the room was already set up, and our hostess Hannah was kind and patient with all the kids we had. It was an amazing birthday. We also loved that we had a private theater room!

Very comfortable environment.
The chairs are comfortable and my child can take a nap laying down in the comfortable chairs they’re recliners they go back. And the popcorn is awesome and we can get refills and our drinks refills and their pizza is out of this world

I really like the seats and the ease of getting my tickets and seats online. I prefer this theater, and I drive about 20 miles just to see movies here. I have heard people are not happy with the cashless theater, but I like it.

Regularly prepurchase tickets and have no issues getting snacks and getting to our seats. Bathrooms are usually clean, despite typically being very busy. Overall, a good place to go.

Close to my home. Generally clean. Refillable drinks and popcorn. The only drawback is some of the seats are not functioning properly and a bit wonky.

The staff is always courteous and friendly. They always ask if I'm a reward member whenever I'm purchasing concessions, which is very satisfying. Also, the fact that I'm able to get my own popcorn and soda refills without having to wait in a line is a game winner!
