I enjoy going to the grand the theater seats are very comfitable and just found out by accident the seats have a heating element to it. I felt a little cheated. I usually get a medium popcorn with a medium drink but the change the bag to a much smaller bag and charge the same price for a regular medium bag. That's not right!!
It's great that you move the ticket purchasing to the concession stand. Now you can buy your tickets, and snacks at the same time.

We always enjoy this theatre. I like the food options are always available so we can grab a lunch and early movie or dinner and a special event like flashback cinema. It's fun and extra convenient to just eat there

I love Santikos! I love the refillable popcorn machines and your style Coca Cola machines. The chairs are comfortable and the food selection is amazing
