I love the reclining chairs. I wish that you had the Freestyle soda fountain machine . It is more convient and it has more flavor options.
When the subtitles caused an issue with our screening, the employees worked to find a solution that satisfied everyone in the theater! We ended up changing our showing to English dub instead of subtitles and everything went smoothly!

Everything s fairly clean. Staff courteous n friendly. Bathroom sinks n ladies bathrooms really need to be updated . Also hand dryers are in awkward location.
It’s the only theatre in town
Easy to book tickets online and share them with the cashier as soon as I arrive. Very friendly staff and willingness to help. Great popcorn and drink options.
Seats, though I wish you had recliners in all theaters
I liked the ease of ticket purchase on the app, the helpfulness and friendliness of the concession staff. And the theaters are always clean and the chairs are always in working condition and comfortable.
I always enjoy my Santikos experience! The movie theaters are always in great shape and the customer service is consistently good! My complaint has to do with your app. I have been a faithful user of the app even prior to the new version launching. I happily login and capture my loyalty points at every opportunity. The issue I find is with the ability (or inability) to use my loyalty points to purchase tickets. When I place my ticket order and I’m given an option of how to pay (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.), there’s no easy way to apply my points. Where and how do i go about using points towards my ticket purchases?? I have points to offset for the cost of a ticket but there’s no easy or intuitive way to apply those points to my purchase. Maybe I’m missing something here or perhaps this is a known issue that is being addressed. Either way? I wanted to share my one complaint. Thank you for all that you guys do to give back to the community!
