The whole experience was fantastic. The new seating with amazing picture and sound. The kids love it.
Chairs are comfy, and the sound is great. Tickets are not that bad for price. Snacks are good and reasonable cost.
I loved all the activities this theater has. Bowling, arcade & especially the bar.
Theater part was nice. I loved the reclining chair as all Santikos have, the fountain part was especially nice. I will surely keep going there.

Everyone is always friendly. The theaters and restrooms are always clean.
How fast and easy I'm able to buy tickets and my concessions. The seats are amazing and I love it that there are no steps; which means I can sit in the back row instead of the handicap seats being in the middle or lower level like all other stadium style theaters.
I enjoy making my own popcorn, creating my perfect drink, and the close proximity to my house.

Overall my favorite Cinema of all time, with the prices of going to the movies today the experience needs to be great as well as the movie, Santikos always represents itself above the rest .
If I had one criticism, during the summer hours maybe then the ACs on during the previews so we can be more comfortable when the movie starts, the heat i. Some of the theaters can be bad..
The full experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the workers there are very nice and helpful.
We love the ease of selecting and purchasing seats via the app. The Cibolo theater’s reclining seats are very comfortable. We also love the self-serve popcorn and drinks. It makes lines go quickly and refills easy!

I was at your embassy location last night. I was double charged for snacks. The manager on duty couldn’t get in the system to refund $15.16 instead he gave me 1 rain check card which really doesn’t cover the charge to my account. Hopefully you can help rectify this situation.
