Ability to pick my seats
I like the vip experience
We come in regularly but it always feels like a treat. It's comfy and cozy.
The gentleman taking my order for food, popcorn, etc. was really helpful, friendly, & courteous. However, when I went to pick up my food, there was no one there. I waited over 5 mins for assistance. Not sure why they seemed to be short staffed but luckily I didn’t miss any of the movie. Waiting over 5 mins when you’ve been told your food is ready to pick up is a bit excessive.
It’s was a nice experience. My boys and I were sitting in a good spot. All other patrons were respectful and overall good experience. We had a late show so we couldn’t get another bucket of popcorn, maybe be for the best. Haha
I definitely enjoy every time we visit. Food and adult drink are always good.

Associates are usually very friendly and helpful and the theaters and bathrooms are always clean, as are the popcorn and drink stations, The seats are comfortable and the theaters are usually a great temperature - no freezing or sweating (VERY important to me).
The theater is close to home, clean and the people are friendly.

Everything! We've been coming here for years with great experiences each time. An easily accessible parking lot with abundant parking. A website that's easy to navigate for ticket purchases and seat selection (the best feature ever!), welcoming staff, spacious lobby and the theaters themselves- we love them. As a movie lover, The Grand is one of our happy places. 🎬🌠🎬

Movie was awful thought about asking for a refund. Staff was friendly.
#1 part of ticket fee goes to charity, nice concessios, comfortable seats and clean. I also being able to refill your drink. I never go to another brand theater. I prefer the Embassy location in San Antonio, TX.

The popcorn is fresh. We love using loyalty points for the concession stand. The bathrooms are clean. The theater isn't freezing.
