The best birthday party we have ever hosted! Santikos Galaxy was 10/10! From the moment we walked in the door, throughout the party, it was stress free and amazing. Great theater, always clean and seats recline! I once had an issue with tickets I purchased wrong and the staff was super easy and helped me out.
The app was easy to navigate, the staff are friendly and professional, the reclining seats are dope af... visited twice since moving to alabama and had a blast both times.

Friendly staff. Clean common areas, restrooms and theaters. The bar area and game area looks nice & tidy. I can always count on a smile. I have never had a problem there that was addressed and corrected. I wish they brought back the things to do... several years back, they had reptiles there & my little ones LOVED it. Concessions are hot and tasty. DRINKS GOOD. WE LOVE THE SELF SERVE POPCORN!

I just love going to the movies and its always great to go in there and lose yourself in a movie for a couple of hours. Thanks for staying open when so many theatres are closing down. My last trip was to see Big Bold Beautiful Journey, I went alone and it was beautiful movie that made me laugh and cry.
On another note, my friend and I went to see Downtown Abbey a couple of weeks ago and we felt that it was a good idea to order the tickets ahead of time since it was a popular movie and we might actually have a full movie or not be able to sit together. So I ordered the tickets and printed the copy of the Bar Code like I was told. There was a convenience charge and I thought that that was wrong to do because it wasn't very convenient, but had to pay it so I did. But that isn't my issue. When we got to the movie, the manager at the Grand, Alexandria, Louisiana theatre said that we need an electronic ticket and that the printed tickets were useless. I do not know her name but she was the manager. The girl at the counter was willing to accept the paper tickets but this manager walked up and very rudely spoke to the girl and told her not to do that and was speaking down to her very rudely in front of us. I asked her what if I wasn't able to use my phone to bring the tickets up and she told me that that would be my problem, not hers and I thought that that was extremely rude as well. She was just so rude to her own employee and to me, the customer. I don't hold this against the theatre as I always have a great experience when I go. It was all on her, the manager being so rude. She actually threatened the girl's job in front of us and this girl is always so sweet and helpful and has been working there for a long time.
The process of ordering tickets was a breeze. The seats are extremely comfortable and spaced out just enough. The facilities were clean and the prices for timed play were very reasonable.
