Great seats.
I really appreciate good customer service and Cibolo Santikos got it; from ticket counter to concessions etc. I also like the variety of options for food/snacks. My most favorite is the perks from being loyalty member! Yay!!
The chairs in the theatre
It was relaxed, great staff. I came at 9:30pm and there's absolutely nothing to complain about. We'll the javk and coke freeze drink could be a little cheaper than 15$ lol but it was great

Drink stations next to theater!! Easy to get refills in the middle of your movie rather than going to the front concessions for refills!

I love the cleanliness of the place, staff is always great. The snack bar lines are always fast even when super busy. Bar could be a little faster but good service nonetheless.

I like the discounted tickets for Military and First Responders on Mondays. I also like the comfortable seats.

I was surprised it was very dirty for a 12pm show. The floors are sticky and the carpet smells horrible especially by the sodas

We DO miss the nachos the way they USED to be but overall can't complain. Love the employees, didn't get his name but young man with glasses. Definitely a "just give them the pickle" type of energy. Very friendly and never rude when giving us our free refills. This is the standard movie theater for on post.

Our family loves Silverado theater! We live closer to other santikos theaters but travels so that we can enjoy all of the amenities and features that are unique to this theater.
We love the fresh and ready popcorn to refill our buckets. We love that all the theaters have reclining seats. We love the arcade and the personal Pizza that's unique to this location too... Definitely large enough to feed three
The staff was kind, considerate, and very helpful. I loved the girl at the front desk who immediately wanted to help.

There is a guy, he may be the manager. He's about 5'10" tall and slinder. He is ALWAYS pleasant, professional and happy. He gives off a good vibe. He is very Helpful. He is always there when I go to the movies.
The theaters and restrooms are decently clean. I like the popcorn dispenser though I do not get to get hot popcorn like I used to. I've bowled there 2 times and enjoyed it also.
Meeting up with friends at the movie for popcorn and a drink! Relaxing in a lounger to watch the latest movie! Beating the heat of summer in the air conditioning!!
