Clean
This is our favorite theater. It's close to home and never crowded. I love that Santikos gives back to the community and this is another we reason we only choose Santikos. The theater is a little dated and could use a refresh, especially the carpet, but not a deal breaker.

I love going to northwest theater, the staff is always nice and friendly. I have never had a bad experience there, and the movies are always on point as far as sound goes, some places I can't hear the movie. I love santikos and all their theaters..

The theater was clean, food was delicious and the stuff was great. The screen itself had great quality for resolution and audio. The seats need to be a bit more comfortable but not bad at all.
The person at the window...the ticket seller...is personable, always cordial. The popcorn is great and the theaters are clean.
