I could not pay for my tickets at kiosk. An employee came to help when I asked. But I was not able to earn my rewards points for the tickets I bought. I also do not see points from concession stand either.

Very good experience very good customer service usually I go on Tuesdays because I am retired and the offer of Tuesdays for five dollars is very very good. I recommend Santikos.

I was glad to see these surveys do not go un-notice. I received an immediate response to my previous survey and I was glad to hear that something was actually already being worked. In addition the manager was kind enough to provide a welcome back to Santikos gift.

Little things like this gives me hope that Santikos is heading in the right direction. When I see the effort being made, I always give my full support and recommendation.
